Ritima has been associating with COMMITTED since inception as a Board Member. She is also one of the founding members of both COMMITTED US and Nepal. As of July 2017, she is the Executive Director of COMMITTED (Nepal) and manages the daily operations of the organization. Ritima has an extensive professional career of more than 25 years working in the fields of management, finance and IT. She started her career in Nepal selling computers for almost a decade. She then worked in the US specializing in federal accounting and US payroll system for about a decade and finally moved back to Nepal and worked at Swisscontact as the Sr. Administrative and HR Officer for almost 3 years. She has a Bachelor's degree in Decision Science and Management and Information Systems (DSMIS) from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. Apart from managing the office, she also likes to manage her garden and has a passion for cooking.
