Ankit Suwal is our Field Program Officer based in Bharatpur, Chitwan for the DID TO53 project. Ankit has completed Master’s degree from Kathmandu University in Human and Natural Resource Studies (HNRS). During his Master’s program, he was awarded with scholarship opportunity to pursue ERASMUS exchange program at Bielefeld University, Germany. He is passionate about working with children and has volunteered in Upper Dolpa, one of the most remote and isolated regions of Nepal, for 6 months as a Fellow teacher. He also worked as a research assistant at Kathmandu University following academic researches on climate change, livelihood and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR). Ankit enjoys music and plays and teaches guitar and also produces music !
