Community Members Interested and the
school's management committee are working together
to revive Kanya Mandir's glorious history. Our goal
is to formulate a development plan that will rehabilitate
the school's dilapidated infrastructures, construct
additional facilities, and provide a sustainable financial
management strategy and means to meet current and
future needs of the school.
We recently conducted a
needs and vision survey in which all students above
grade six and above, all teachers and staff, and a few selected
parents/guardians participated. The survey results
reflect the immediate and long term needs of the school
and also the future vision of the school. Survey analysis and results will be available from this web site when completed.
The following represents the steps
to be undertaken during the project.
- Conduct survey to identify immediate
and future needs of school.
- Prepare existing site plans incorporating
details of structural stability of existing buildings
and land.
- Analyze survey results to prioritize
needs based on urgency and feasibility.
- Conduct fund raising to meet immediate
needs.
- Prepare infrastructure and self
sustaining financial plan.
- Conduct fund raising and implement
project identified in the plan
